When it came time to sell inherited property, I was at a loss, not being from the area. However, Bill was highly recommended to me, and proved the recommendation to be a great one! He was friendly, kind, patient, and explained the steps (and answered my numerous questions) throughout the entire process of listing, showing the property and closing. Because of location, he helped me fill out the paperwork remotely, and was instrumental in securing a great deal for me for the property. If the opportunity presents itself in the future, I know who I'm going to call up! I can not recommend Bill highly enough!
