Bill helped us view many houses and plots of vacant land in Bend over a period longer than a year, to the point where he really knew what we wanted. As someone who only lived in Bend part-time, that was important. Then... he found a short sale that, while a great house, was just where we wanted to  buy. We had an offer accepted by the owner within a few weeks, but then the odyssey started - it took nearly 9 months to get it closed. All through it, Bill was amazing, keeping me informed, putting up with my questions, tracking the progress (or lack of progress) as the rights were transferred across several companies, who forced us through bizarre processes. Bill was great, through the whole marathon.
